1. Who we are and what VemoVide is

VemoVide is an online platform that lets you watch short-form vertical drama series ("Content") on your phone. Content is uploaded by creators, studios and partners ("Content Partners"), or licensed to us. We host, organise and deliver Content; unless stated otherwise we are not its author or producer.

The Service is currently offered in India. Some features may be unavailable in your region or during phased roll-out.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your device and number secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Your licence to use the Service

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and to stream Content for your own non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell or otherwise exploit Content except as the Service expressly allows (for example, sharing a series link).

You may not reverse engineer the app, circumvent access controls or unlock mechanisms, scrape the Service, or use bots or automated tools.

4. Free episodes, unlocks, Coins and Points

Some episodes are free to watch with advertising. Others are locked. A series can be unlocked — and made ad-free — by buying it inside the app with Coins or Points. We may change which episodes are free or locked, prices, and the available options at any time; a purchase you have already made is not affected.

Coins are a prepaid in-app balance that you buy in packs at the price shown in Indian rupees, through the payment methods offered in the app. Points are earned by using the app (for example a daily check-in or watching a rewarded advertisement); they cannot be bought, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Coins and Points are tied to your account, are not transferable, and expire if your account is closed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Community features

You may like, follow, comment and share. Anything you post must be lawful, respectful and yours to post. We may remove comments and restrict accounts that break these Terms, our Legal & Copyright page or applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

Do not post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, infringing, misleading, or that reveals another person's private information.

6. Content and intellectual property

Content, the VemoVide name, logo, app and website are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Content Partners retain the rights in their Content and grant VemoVide the licences needed to host and deliver it. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to you.

7. Availability, changes and termination

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features and Content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and Content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, VemoVide disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions or Content of Content Partners or other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of VemoVide's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version and material changes will be announced in the app. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact details published in the app's settings.
